She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Carpenter and Mabel Viall Carpenter; and her husband John E. Batchelder. She is survived by: her children, John Batchelder, Courtney Coreno (Frank) and Nadine Brisson (Matthew); her grandchildren, Jared Lane (Hailey), Madeline Brisson, Maryn and Guy Coreno; and her siblings, Joseph Carpenter (Robin), Marion Duffy (Tom), Joyce, Dexter Carpenter and Pamela Martin (Hollis). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 139 S. Lake Avenue, Albany, NY 12208 in loving memory of Jeanne M Batchelder. The family has chosen to send donations to RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES OF THE CAPITAL REGION INC.
