He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Healy and Isabelle Eagle Healy. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Tuccillo Healy; his son Daniel J. Healy of Mechanicville; and his siblings, Howard T Healy (AnnMarie) of Guilderland and Janet Stevens (late Brian) of Halfmoon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, co-workers and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Joseph's memory to a charity of one's choice.
