She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph M Sarvey of Butler, PA. and Lisa; and her son Kevin John Rivers Jr. of Mechanicville. She is survived by: her son Blake Joseph Barkett; her grandchild Layla; her son Tyler James Lavigne (A'Zlyn); her grandchild Layni; her siblings, Tamara Carbone (Keith), Kevin Lavigne (Michelle), Johnny Lavigne and Beth Dunham (Ryan); and her siblings' children, Jenesa, Kae, Mabel Kate, Maia, Nola, James, Paul, Luke of Kaleb, LJ and Cash. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
