He is survived by: his mother Mary Rignall Shawver (Fiegl); his children, Cole Rignall of Medina and Phoebe Rignall of Barker; his sister Dawn Dean (Patrick); his half-sister Jodi Meredith (Rich); his nephew Kyle Evans; and his great-niece Malia Evans of Florida.
