He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Emil Herbert, Sr. and Mary A. Herbert (Lyon). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer L. Herbert of Brooklyn, Margaret A. Burns (Herbert) of Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia; his former wife Mary V. Herbert of Medina; his grandchildren, Isabella Militello, Quinn and Emily Burns; and his brother William Herbert (Jeannie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
