He was predeceased by: his parents, Sophie Zelazny (Lojek) and Michael Zelazny; his siblings, Stephen, Marion, Walter Zelazny, Stella Siuta and Mary Ciskiewicz; and his siblings' children, Steve Zelazny, Gus Siuta, Jr., Walter Kuklis, Deborah Christenson and Joanne Nickles.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Patricia Olinger (William), Lorraine Hinson (Donald), Edward Zelazny (Kim) and James Zelazny (Marylynn); his grandchildren, James (Jessica), John (Laura), Robert (Katie), William Olinger (Sarah), Clayton, Miranda, Wyatt Zelazny and Ian Hinson; and his great grandchildren, Mila, Adalyn Olinger and Ashlyn Olinger.
