She is survived by: her parents, Rochelle Horner (Nellist) and Jeffrey Farewell, Jr.; her sister Maisie Farewell; her cousin Lexus Burtwell; her grandparents, Gail Nellist, Patti and Jeff Farewell, Sr.; her stepfather Dan Horner; and her grandfather Gary Nellist. She is also survived by several extended family members and countless friends.
