She was predeceased by: her parents, Sumner Sanford and Thelma Sanford (Payne); her husband Jay Hackenberg; her daughter Marsha Shaw; and her siblings, Florence Chase, Donald Sanford, Helen Maynard, Robert Sanford, Dorothy Frank and William Sanford.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Christopher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Masks and social distancing will be mandatory at both locations.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, or to a charity of one's choice.
