He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Balcerzak and Agnes Balcerzak (Cotriss); his wife Ann Balcerzak; and his siblings, Joseph (Dorothy), Mary Knights (William), Eleanor Rignall (Robert), Helen Morien (Thomas), Kate Gun (William), Anthony, Jr., Loretta Koneski (Leo), Leonard (Kathy) and Donald Balcerzak (Nedra).

He is survived by : his daughter Julie Calvert (late Charles) of Warsaw; his grandsons, Jesse Calvert (Brianna Curle) and Michael Calvert (Cortney) of Arcade; his stepgranddaughter Alicia McRoy; his great grandchildren, Caroline, Watson Calvert, Natalie Hiller and Charlotte McRoy; his brother Michael Balcerzak (Carolyn); his sister-in-law Patricia Balcerzak; and his caregivers, Laurel Bane and Ashley Petrie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
