He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kujawa and Mary Kujawa (Wazerski); his brothers, Raymond, James and Bernard; and his nephew Zach.
He is survived by: his brother Robert Kujawa (Susan) of Stewart, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
