She was predeceased by : her parents, John Wanecski and Ida Wanecski (Waszak); her husband Walter Zelazny; her children, Deborah Zelazny Christensen and Stephen Zelazny; and her siblings, Stanley Wanecski (Teresa), Walter Wanecski (Dorothy), Florence Banazwski (Anthony) and Rita Mazur (Henry).

She is survived by : her children, Michael Zelazny (Mary), Lisa Zelazny and Tina Feldman (Timothy); her daughter-in-law Susan Zelazny Slingerland (Frank); her grandchildren, Thomson Kneeland, Kathryn Zelazny (Chris Carlson), Andrew Zelazny (Sara), Nicole Zelazny (Jason Keppler), Jacob Zelazny (Kalie), Anastasia Martin (Matthew Kline), Margaret Feldman (Andrew Hydock), Elizabeth Feldman and Abigail Feldman (Torin Walters); her great grandchildren, Ella Zelazny, Arilyn and Lila Zelazny; and her brother Eugene Wanecski (late Nancy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
