He is survived by: his mother Patricia Perry (Baugh); his wife Lisa Perry (Willimott); his daughters, Joni Otowo (Stephen), Julie Flynn, Kimberly Perry (Dustin Teare), Meagan Perry, Nikki Cassidy and Erica Cassidy; and his sisters, Vicki Perry and Cathy Mitchell. He is also survived by several grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
