She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank and Jean Marek (Grimes); her husband Bob Kurdziel; her sister Beverly Sargent; and her parents-in-law, Edmund and Helen Kurdziel (Biernacki).
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Kurdziel (Dana Bentley), Jill Kurdziel Tillett (Robb) and Susan Todd; her grandchildren, Justin Kurdziel-Tai, Aaron Kurdziel-Tai, Billy Tillett, Oliver Tillett, Devin Galbreath and Ethan Galbreath; her siblings, Larry Marek (Norva), Sandy Marek (Glenn Skala), Scott Marek (Tanya), Greg Marek (Renee), Gary Marek and Brian Marek (Tonna); her brother-in-law Frank Sargent; and her aunt Joanne Grimes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
