It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances S. Priester-Moss of Menands, New York, born in Olar, South Carolina, who passed away on June 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sami Dickerson and Edna Priester-Adams Dickerson; and her husband German Moss. She is survived by: her sister Winnie Priester-Pender of Florida; her friend Carolyn Whetstone of South Carolina; and also Steve Brown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
