We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2019, at the age of 92, Peggy Bloomfield (Meridian, New York), born in Norwich, Eastern passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Withers and Mabel Withers. She is survived by: her children, Joan Mocyk (Greg) of Baldwinsville, James (Irene) of Meridian and Thomas of Hannibal. She is also survived by four granddaughters; and 10 great-grandchildren.
