She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Gilmore and Thelma Ruth Gilmore; her husband Karl Foultz; her son Joseph Foultz; her grandson Daniel Willard; and her siblings, Gertrude, Thelma Ruth, Shirley and Lawrence.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Day (Gary), Carleen Talamo (Joseph), Carl Foultz II (Lisa) and Richard Foultz; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Taylor (Jonne), Shane Rhinehart (Tracey), Billy Robertson (Shannon), Richard Foultz II and Lauren Foultz; her great grandchildren, Billy Robertson II (Hannah), Joseph Robertson (Lorie), Sampson Robertson and Ivy Robertson; her great great grandchildren, Theodore and Makenna Robertson; and her sister-in-law Varvara Hogeland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
