We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2024, at the age of 78, Gloria M. Betner of Middle Island, New York, born in Queens, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Gloria is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Gloria's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She is survived by : her husband Ralph; her children, Ralph E. Betner (Theresa) and Margo Perry (Mike); her sisters, Linda O'Kane and Doreen Dent; and her grandchildren, Olivia, Ralph, Ashlyn, Tyer, Jayden and Tessa.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Mangano Family Funeral Home of Middle Island (640 Middle Country Rd, Middle Island, NY 11953). A Mass was held on Thursday, May 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Frances Cabrini R. C. Church (134 Middle Country Rd, Coram, NY 11727).
