It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Fantauzzo (Middle Village, New York), who passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Edith has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She is survived by: her sisters, Evelyn, Karen and Denise. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Michaels Funeral Home, Inc. (79-22 Metropolitan Ave, Middle Village, NY 11379). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933-1031).
