We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2025, at the age of 47, Jason Mathis (Middletown, New York), born in Goshen, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brown and Frances "Sissy" Mathis. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his sons, James and Michael; his grandchildren, Leah, Aubrey, James and Mika; his uncles, Bill (Laura) and Pete; his aunt Deb; and his siblings, Billy Brown and Kelly Brown-Soto.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940).
