As Michael Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael Charles leaves behind.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (391 Mt Hope Rd, Middletown, NY 10940). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. Through Woodstock traffic jams, the gas crises of the 1970s, the closure of 211, and the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael kept the doors open.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Pets Alive and the Middletown Humane Society.
