He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Marona and Clarence Marona; his wife Elizabeth; his brother John Marona; his sister-in-law Agnes Marona; his half-sisters, Marion Faulkner, Margaret Martin and Alice Remond; and his brothers-in-law, Edmund McLane and Gregory McLane.
He is survived by: his sister Joanne Wuest; his children, Paul Marona and Cathy Marona Shrestha; his son-in-law Suman Shrestha; his grandsons, Daniel Shrestha and Neil Shrestha; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Hardman (James), Geraldine McLane, Frances Doyle (Michael) and Rosemary Frederick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
For those who wish, memorial donations can be made to St. Joseph's Church or the Millbrook Rescue Squad.
