It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurits Nielsen (Millbrook, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on April 2, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Allen Nielsen and Helen Nielsen (Hanlon); his wife Anga; his children, Vivian Walsh of Pine Plains, NY and Redmond Nielsen of Berlin Germany; his grandchildren, Kyle Walsh, Tyler Mikels of Utica, NY, Paige Walsh and Jordan Piershalski of Fowlerville, NY; and also, Kevin Walsh of Pine Plains, NY and Maik Niedermaier of Berlin Germany. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
