He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Spagnola, and Louis Spagnola, Sr.; and his siblings, Joseph Spagnola, Michael Spagnola and Grace Moore.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyne; his children, Louis Spagnola, III (Lora) and Christina Tellerday (Bob); his grandchildren, Hailee Pezze and Taylor Spagnola; and his sister-in-law Veronica Lilley. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
