He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sullivan and Susan Spaulding Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Howard J. (Patty Sloan II), Cynthia (James Dillon), Phyllis (Doug Vickers), John L. Sullivan (Michelle Ballings) and Crissy Sullivan of Horseheads, NY; his grandchildren, Michael, Ashley Dillon, Andrew, Teresa Dillon, Joseph, Amanda Martin, Jennifer Jones, Michelle, Adam Travis, Thomas Phillips III, Stephanie, Timothy Mucci, Katelyn Sloan, Kelsey Sullivan, Justin Evans, Megan Sullivan and Brady Metcalf; and his sister Kathleen Fesh (Michael) of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
