He is survived by: his significant other Linda Parmelee of Millport; his daughters, Marty Lynn Just (Mike) of Millport and Tina Parmelee of Millport; his siblings, Welford "Whip" Hammond (Linda) of Marathon, Walter "Jim" Brown (Brenda) of Elmira, Charles Sieberkrob (Kim) of Millport, Michael "Toehead" Sieberkrob of Millport, Rick Woodruff (Joan) of Elmira, Scott Brown (Tammi) of Elmira, Barbara Teal (Bill Couch) of Richford, NY, Romona "Pete" (Donald Clink) of Whitney Point and Patricia Gursky (Doug) of Philipsburg, MT; his grandchildren, Mary Just, Morgan Just and Thomas Sheehan, Jr. of Millport; and his uncle Ray Tyler (Rita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
