He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Cummings and Margaret Keenan Cummings Buzzi; his siblings, William of Tenn, John of Syracuse and Patricia of Schenectady; his nieces, Christina and Shannon; and his nephew John J. Cummings.
He is survived by: his sisters, Margaret of Latham and Dawn of Troy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews and many devoted friends.
