With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fay Rouge of Montgomery, New York, born in Cooperstown, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fay Rouge to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Mabel Brink (Mallette) and Harry Van Brink; her husband Julius J. Rouge; and her sister Ellen Van Brink Jones. She is survived by : her siblings, Shirley Muskus (Pedro), Joyce Goodrich and Harry Van Brink (Fanny); her daughter Ellen Venugopal; her son-in-law Vijay; her granddaughter Katherine Stevens of Montgomery; and her stepsons, Terance (Irene) of Lake Ronkonkoma, NY and Robert (Bernice) of Riverhead, NY. She is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the World Wildlife fund by adopting one of her beloved penguins, The Foye Belle Foundation, or Hospice of Orange & Sullivan, who provided amazing care to all of us during her final weeks.
