She was predeceased by : her father Maurice Loucks. She is survived by : her mother Rose Maire Koferl; her children, Kayla Troy (Jermaine) and Franklin Norris Jr. (Taylor Purtee); her grandchildren, Cecelia "Liam" Norris-Yanes, Jermain Troy Jr., Haylee, Mayson and Ramona Norris; her stepdaughters, Cecelia Norris-Smith and Sandra Ladrum; her siblings, Bobby Koferl (Roberta), Bucky Loucks (Lorraine), Debbie Mann, Lillian "Cookie" Magie (William) and Peter Alsdors; and her stepsister Jeanette Schulhoff (Virgil Basemore). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Social distancing guidelines set forth by the New York State Department of Health will be in place; masks are required at all times.
