She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Forrest and Caroline Forrest (Bass); her daughter Gwen; her grandson Michael; her siblings, Harry, Edna, John, Theresa and Ruthie; and her son Gary Swann.

She is survived by : her daughter Aletta "Bobbie" Keplinger-Rodriquez (Andre); her granddaughter Amber Tuning (Matthew); her granddaughter-in-law Stephanie (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Michael Jr., Xavier, Autumn and Logan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
