With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel P. Provino of Mount Morris, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Salvatore Provino and Carol Provino (Andolina) of Mt. Morris; his wife Debbie Strait; his children, Tracy Provino of Mt. Morris and Samuel Provino (Li) of California; his grandchildren, Kayd Burley and Alexander Provino; and his sister Kathy Scott (E. Lynn) of Fl.
