It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L. Huyck in Mount Sinai, New York, born in Walton, New York, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank L. Huyck and Winnifred Huyck (Spoonhower); and his siblings, Frank William Huyck, Marvin Huyck, MD, Alice Davis, Pauline Dicks and Frances Finch.

He is survived by : his close friends, Kenneth Sternweis of Miami Beach, Mike of Miami Beach, Natalie Hannau of Miami Beach and Joann O'Neill of Miami Beach; his caregiver Colleen MacRabie; and his friend John. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions in John L. Huyck's memory may be made to Hospice, or American Heart Association.
