He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Thomas O'Connor Sr. and Jeremiah Haggerty. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas and Susan; his siblings, Emily (Mike), Danny (Tiffany), Brian and Michael; and his grandmothers, Helen O'Connor and Kathleen Haggerty. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Colin's memory to the Mental Health Association of Rockland County or NAMI Rockland.
