He was predeceased by: his siblings, Raymond, Charles (Elaine), Francis, Lewis (Marge) and Janet Rita Ellsworth (William); and his granddaughter Patty Ann Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie (Ball); his sons, Stephen and Scott; his grandchildren, Mark Fisher (Gloria George), Miranda Caccamise (Joseph), Andrew Fisher, Jessi Fisher, Emily Fisher and Spencer Fisher; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Caccamise, Hadley and Saylor Caccamise. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
