He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Howland and Norma Howland. He is survived by: his wife Geanne of Naples; his siblings, Leo of Naples, Frederick (Mary Jane) of Mullins, SC and Amelia Templar (Brett) of West Bloomfield; his son Dexter Jr. (Jennifer) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Connor of Farmington and Lyla of Farmington; and his uncles, Thomas Parrish of West Bloomfield and Harold Parrish of Honeoye. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
