He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Jones and Pearl Jones (Britton). He is survived by : his wife Susan Jones; his children, Heather Jackson (Daniel) of Natural Bridge, Tori Stiles (Marty) of North Carolina and Jeffery Jones (Patty) of California; his brother David Jones (Mary) of Deer River; his grandchildren, Makenzi Pete, Eryn Jackson, Thomas Jackson, Maryia Stiles, Dustin Stiles, Mason Jones, Aaron Jones, Brittany Jones and Irelend Jones; and his great grandchild Emersyn Pete.
