He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Thomas Neal and Sallie Neal; his wife Loretta; his children, Christopher (Jolene), Lauren, Angela, Samara, Alisha and Kyle; his siblings, Martin (late Charlotte), Vanessa (Steve) and Lynnell; his grandchildren, Jarred, Mason and Shayne; his nephews, Alexander and Matthew (Sara); his niece Elisa; his brother Clyde Kincaide (Fatino) of Michigan; and his nephew Clyde III of Georgia. He was also cherished by other loving cousins, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
