She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jane Foley (Scott) and Frank W. Foley; her husband Edward J. Fitzgerald; her children, Scott, Edward III, Kevin (Amber) of South Salem, NY, Timothy of South Fallsburg, NY, James (Zhanat) of New City, NY, John (Linda) of Nanuet, NY, Kathleen (Peter Pincott) of Cornwall and Eileen (Randy Marczan) of Highland Falls, NY; her grandchildren, Jessica, Cristen, Cailin, Amanda, Kimberly, Jamie Lee Coerts, Ayden Coerts, Bridget, Thomas, Alana, Randy Jr. and Maiya; her stepgrandsons, James Pincott (Christine), Danny and Tim; and her close friend Colm Bowden of New City, NY.. She was also cherished by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made in memory of Joan Fitzgerald to the Congers Fire Department located on 40 N Harrison Ave, Congers NY 10920 or the Ladies Auxiliary.
