He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Foley and Grace K. McMahon Foley; his wife A. Theresa Donoghue (Terry); and his niece Becky Master (Herk). He is survived by: his son Thomas M. Foley (Joy) of Mt. Orab, OH; his granddaughter Felicia M. Foley Middleton (David); his great grandchild Audrey S. Middleton of Cincinnati, OH; his sibling's children, Margie Bower (Gary), Jeanne Trionfero (Marshall), Phillip Grasso (Toni) and Lloyd Smith (Alice); his friends, Maureen Hughes, Bill Baumann and Dorothy Harris; his long standing Bridge; and also Angela Kramer (Robert Sopko).
He regularly used the pool at Mohawk Valley Community College until the COVID pandemic closed it down.
