She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bedford and Nannie Brown Bedford; her husband Andrew Ganues; her siblings, Ruffin, Fred, Roger, Thomas Bedford, Essie Metz and Lilian Wallace; and her niece Doris Dickerson.
She is survived by: her stepson Robert Ganues (Bobby); her daughter-in-law Francis Ganues of Naples, Florida; and her daughter Rita Ganues (Candi) of New Rochelle, NY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
