She was predeceased by: her parents, James Veltri and Josephine Veltri; and her sisters, Rose Berardinelli, Eve Puglia, Sadie Lemma and Arlene Amigron.

She is survived by: her husband Frank J. Scarano; her children, Joseph Scarano (Jane), Jayne Spiegel (Thomas Fegan) and Mary Jane Caglioti (Anthony); her grandchildren, Scott (Juana), Jake Scarano (Kennia), Zachary Pisani (Samantha), Zoe and Bridget Spiegel; and her great grandchildren, Julia, Frankie, Arya and Benelli.

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home (767 E Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck, NY 10543). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Name Church (70 Petersville Rd, New Rochelle, NY 10801). A burial was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (95 Kings Hwy, New Rochelle, NY 10801).
