He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil D. Heiner, II and Edith Heiner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Stacy Troiano (Paul) and Cyndi Heiner (Bernd Winter); his grandchildren, JP Troiano, Maya and Teo Heiner-Winter; and his sister Leslie Heiner.

A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sts. John and Paul R. C. Church (280 Weaver St, Larchmont, NY 10538). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Billy & Pete's (121 Myrtle Blvd, Larchmont, NY 10538).
