She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd Ling and Effie Ling (Meacham); and her husband Stewart James Betters. She is survived by : her sons, Roger Betters (Marilyn) of Hurleyville, NY, Russell Betters (Debra) of Tupper Lake, Kingston and David Betters of New Windsor, NY; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Lauren Foster, Hazel Mae and Stefan Betters (Kristy).
