She is survived by : her children, Ralph Serrano of Mesa, LuAnn (Paul Decker) of New Windsor, NY and Andrew Serrano of New Windsor, NY; her sister Binda Lagos of California; her brother-in-law George Serrano; her grandchildren, Erica Decker (Moises Velez), Jennifer Decker of New Windsor, NY, Christopher Decker of New Windsor, NY, Samantha Serrano of Arizona, Kristina Serrano of Arizona and Amber Serrano of Arizona; and her close friend Theresa Gayton of New Windsor, NY.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
