He was predeceased by : his parents, Philip Dudajek and Rose Jabrocki Dudajek; his sisters, Gertrude Jasinski and Irene Zastawny; his daughter-in-law Susan Dudajek (Hauck); and his nephew Raymond Zastawny.

He is survived by : his sons, David (Jan) of Whitesboro and Paul; his friend Joanna of New York Mills; his daughter Danielle Jasinski (Michael) of Concord, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jaime Dudajek-Burgdoff (Jess) of Whitesboro, Sarah Dudajek-Bush (Jodie) of New Hartford, Philip Dudajek (Renee) of New Hartford and Elise Jasinski (Steven Abbott) of Ohio; and his great grandchildren, Gavyn, Lila Burgdoff, Nixon, Lucas and Vivian Dudajek-Bush. He is also survived by father who, in partnership with his wife, supported his three children.
