She was predeceased by : her parents, Jan Cychowski and Regina Cychowski (Krzyzewska); her sister-in-law Marianna Wojtkowski (Mieczyslaw); her cousins, Zygmunt Tomaszewicz and Hanna Tomaszewicz; her siblings-in-law, Jadwiga Pawlowski and Jan Pawlowski; and also Grace of New York Mills.
She is survived by : her husband Henry Mroz; her children, Alicia Mroz (Michael Frey) and Christopher Mroz (Mandy); her grandchildren, Olivia and Emilee; her sister Elizabeth (Mark Michalak); her nieces and nephews, Magdalena Caracas (Matt) of Utica, Kamil of Utica, Matteusz Michalak of Utica and Jacek Chodkowski (Monika) of Europe; her aunts, Krystyna Plenkowska and Kazimiera Zebrowska of Poland, Europe; her brother-in-law Greg Mroz; and her close friends, Karleen, Mary, Anna, Casey, Jackie and Val.
