She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon E. Smith and Helen Moulton Smith; and her siblings, Leon, Richard, Maurice Smith, Helen Hillage, Eleanor Granato, Marion Majka and Elizabeth White.

She is survived by : her husband Raymond C. Collins; her daughter Karen Lallier; her grandsons, Alexander and Eric; her children, Michael and Debbie Collins; her grandchildren, Taylor and Michael, Jr.; her daughter Susan Collins (Mark Weller); her grandchildren, Danielle and Christian; her great grandchild Gia Marie (Steven Collins); and also Dozer.
