He was predeceased by: his parents, Paz Cordero and Mariano Galian; his siblings, Felipe, Pacita and Agripina; and his son Aristeo.
He is survived by: his wife Emerita Galian (Angeles); his son Erik (Tsao-Chuen) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Katrina Amber of Dallas, TX, Yasmine and Amelia of Austin, TX; and his brother German (Emma) of Manila, Philippines.
