He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Bennie Howard Sr. and Edith Gilmore; his stepfather Jim Turk; his wife Marilyn O Wilkinson; his children, Bennie 3rd, Edith, Richard "Buddy", Melinda and Quentin "Butch"; his grandchildren, Tanisha, Kevin, Tirza, Tameeka, Takeema, Cara, Isaac, Gilbert, Antaeus, Jared, Shreen, Quentin, Roderick, Nyilah, Amari, Talik, Azarayah, Jayden, Annelise, Amira, Shadah, Shaquille, Iyana, Daren, Kamari and Azure; his sister-in-law Judith; and his children-in-law, Jerry, Wynona, Cynthia and Diane. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
