She was predeceased by: her brother Miller Johnson; and her husband Earl G. Witenberg, MD. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Susan Fisher (Hugh) and William Witenberg; and her grandchildren, Ben, Alex, Hugh Fisher and Anna Witenberg. She is also survived by 2 nephews and a niece.
