He is survived by: his sons, Keith Fennell of Lithonia, GA and Wylie Fennell (Carole) of New York City; his granddaughters, Dawna Fennell and Kimberly Fennell; his wife Betty Fennell; his daughters, Dawna Fennell of New York City, NY and Kimberly Fennell of Garnerville, NY; his grandchildren, Hunter Fennell, Kenneth Fennell, Philip Simmons and Naomi Simmons; his godchildren, Michelle Hill, Shawn Hall and Nicholas Lawrence; his siblings, Norene Fennell Wells (Jackie Brown) of Snellville, GA and Murray Fennell Vaughn (Cynthia) of Snellville, GA; his siblings-in-law, Mattie Stacy, Rose Murphy (Jean), Doris Lewis (Anthony), Philip Smith (Shirley) and Clifford Smith (Genola); his cousin Mary Fennell Cole; his aunt Esther Vann; and his caregiver Brandi Wells. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
